Control devices for fluids

 Company Elettrotec designs and manufactures a wide range of control devices: PRESSURE, VACUUM and TEMPERATURE SWITCHES, LEVEL SWITCHES, PRESSURE TRANSDUCERS, LEVEL SENSORS.

Pressure and Vacuum Switches (catalogue 7/B): they have been designed to check a pressure range from –200 mbar to +300 bar, with fixed or adjustable dead bend NO-NC or SPDT contacts, in brass, tropicalized steel and stainless steel 303 or 316. Membranes are available in NBR – Viton – Silicone – EPDM – HNBR – Stainless Steel depending on the fluid to be checked.

Temperature Switches (catalogue 7/B): these fixed bimetallic thermostats have been designed to check a temperature from 25° to 105°C, with NO or NC contacts, protection IP54 – 65 – 67, thread connection G 3/8 – 1/2 - M 22x1.5.

Level Switches (catalogue 7/C): electromagnetic float switches with one or more switching points, available either in standard or, on request, special length, in brass, stainless steel or PVC. They have been certified EExd IIC T6, RINA, Lloyd’s Register and Germanischer Lloyd to meet special requirements in marine applications.

Flow Indicators and Switches (catalogue 7/A-D): for liquid and gas, they have been designed to check flow rate from 0.1 to 60 lpm water, in nickel-plated brass, aluminum or stainless steel, with one or two alarm switches; as for both the visual with the scale marked on the Pirex glass tube and the visual and electric type with one or two adjustable switches max pressure is 15 bar, as for the only electric execution max pressure is 150 bar.

Level Sensors (catalogue 8): they have been designed to check the level of a fluid in a tank and send at a distance a signal, either potentiometic or in current 4/20 mA, proportional to the level to be checked, that can be sensed and processed by our programmable electronic reading devices.

Pressure and Temperature Transducers (catalogue 9): two executions are available: amplified and not amplified. Pressure range from –1 to 800 bar relative or absolute, proportional output signals 0/5V – 0/10V – 4/20 mA – 0/20 mA, with surface or frontal diaphragm depending on the fluid to be checked.

These transducers are manufactured in stainless steel AISI 316, with standard thread connections G1/4 – 1/2 (special connection on request) and DIN 43650 electrical connection or PVC or PTFE connecting cable.

A PT100 temperature transducer is also available designed to check temperature from –50° to +150°C and have a 4/20 mA or 0/10V output signal.
