Axial Fans |
|
Axial fans otherwise called as common exhaust fans are used in various applications form the basic domestic fan to the hi end industry specific or the go in-depth customer specific fans. The axial fan comes with different Voltage, Frequency, Air volume, Speed, Power Input and even going up to Noise level. In all our axial fans the Stator is moisture proof and the rotor is equipped with holes to maintenance free fall baring and can be mounted in any position. These fans have got CE-symbol. These fans are available from fan diameter of 200 mm to 400 mm with 230V single phase and 415V three phase and air volume from 470 m3/hr to 6350 m3/hr. The fans are available with three ranges: a. “S Range” : the specialty of these fans are the blade is made from a single sheet of steel with sickle shape geometry and are directly welded on to the rotor by a special and a unique technique which are balanced together with the rotor. These fans are constructed for high efficiency even in short nozzles or in simple wall inlets these fans are generally used in heating, cooling and ventilating industry. b. “A Range” : these fan blades are punched from galvanized sheet steel. Fans are also fitted with a draft in the middle of the hub for direct pressing onto the rotor. These fans are applied where higher pressure must be overcome. These fans record lower noise levels than “S” range . c. “K Range” : these are sickle blades and are made completely out of plastic. A metal ring connects the impeller with the rotor. These fans are mostly used without wall ring in wall inlets or in short nozzles. |
